Her name is Karin Hernmarck, she completed her law studies, and between her stays, in Kosovo, she worked in South Africa. What has changed in Kosovo in the past 15 years, where it still lags behind the rest of the world? What should we look up to the Swedes? Where do they get so much trust in institutions and why is there no such thing here? What is the essence of the “Swedish model” of fighting the pandemic?
